Intercontinental Investment Bank Limited (iib Caribbean) is incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and is licensed by the Central Bank of The Bahamas to conduct unrestricted banking business from within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas pursuant to Section 9 of the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2020.
In addition, through our Representative Office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), registered with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Bank serves as a trusted regional point of contact for clients and partners across the Middle East.
