Manuel has over 10 years of experience in the banking sector, and has specialized in the corporate sector, with a particular emphasis on international trade.

He began his career in the area of Trade Finance, consolidating his experience in various FI’s, including Banco do Brasil AG and Banc Sabadell-Portugal, where, in recent years, he has served as Manager in the area of Trade Finance & Working Capital Solutions.

Manuel holds a degree in Law from the Nova de Lisboa University, and is certified and specialized with the Level 4 – Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialist and the Level 4 – Certificate in Trade Finance Compliance from the London Institute of Banking & Finance and the Institute of International Banking Law & Practice. Additionally, he is certified as a Certified Trade Finance Professional by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
